Copyright Infringement Notice Procedure for Sudoku Online

In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable laws, we have established the following procedure for reporting alleged copyright infringement on our platform, particularly concerning any sudoku online content or related materials.

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA Notice, Sudoku Online Club will promptly investigate the alleged infringement and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the infringing material.

Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to our Designated Copyright Agent. Your counter-notification must contain the following:

Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which the address is located, or if your address is outside of the U.S., for any judicial district in which Sudoku Online Club may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
Your physical or electronic signature.

Consequences of Misrepresentation

Be aware that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing, or that material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, shall be liable for any damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees, incurred by the alleged infringer, by any copyright owner or copyright owner’s authorized licensee, or by a service provider, who is injured by such misrepresentation.
